Service Guidelines
Welcome! And thank you for choosing Trash Panda Sanitation, LLC for your residential trash/recycling collection needs.

Here are a few important service guidelines you will need to know about your residential service:

1). We recommend placing your trash/recycling carts out the night before your scheduled pick-up day. All trash and recycling MUST be out by 6:00AM. We will not return to pick up trash that is not set out in time.
​
2). Sharing will be prohibited....one household per account.
​
3). We observe (6) holidays; New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a weekday (M-F), there will be a one day layover for the remainder of the week for trash/recycling collection. Friday's scheduled pickup will be made on Saturday.

4). We will not empty carts that contain yard waste, concrete, asphalt, shingles, tires, dirt, bricks, chemicals, batteries, fluorescent lights or ballast, medical waste, hazardous waste, liquid waste (including oil, paint, sewage, etc...), and asbestos.

5). We will take utmost care with your trash cans but Trash Panda Sanitation, LLC will not be held liable or responsible for loss or damage to trash cans that are not the property of Trash Panda Sanitation, LLC.

6). You MUST call the office to cancel your account and set a last pick-up date. No refunds will be given if service is cancelled during a quarter. All of Trash Panda Sanitation, LLC's carts must be placed out on requested last day of service.
​
7). Vacation holds are available if you will be out of town and not requiring service HOWEVER....no refund or proration will be offered for anything less than 4 weeks. If vacation hold is 4 weeks or longer, you will not be billed for those weeks. If payment has already been made, a credit will be issued and will appear on the next billing cycle.

8). All quoted plans and pricing are final. We at Trash Panda Sanitation, LLC believe in transparency pricing and will never charge you any hidden fees, additional taxes or any fuel surcharges....the rate you see is the rate you'll get.

$69/Qtr Standard Service Without Cart
Our $69/quarter standard service plan is for weekly residential trash collection from your trash can or cart (can or cart cannot display another company's name or logo. Examples include GFL, Granger, Waste Management, etc....)
This plan includes up to (4) 30-gallon trash cans OR (12) 13-gallon kitchen size trash bags. If using a 95-gallon curb cart, you may have an additional 30-gallon trash can OR (4) 13-gallon kitchen size trash bags. Anything additional to this must be called in to allow for additional trash on our trucks and will be subject to an additional fee.

$75/Qtr Standard Service With Our Cart
Our $75/quarter standard service plan is for weekly residential trash collection from our 96-gallon pink trash cart.

This plan includes up to one additional 30-gallon trash can OR (4) 13-gallon kitchen size trash bags. Anything additional to this must be called in to allow for additional trash on our trucks and will be subject to an additional fee.

$21/Qtr Recycling Service With Our Cart
Our $21/quarter Standard Recycling package comes with use of OUR 95-gallon recycle cart that is included in the service. Recycling will be picked up on an every other week cycle determinant upon your service start date. While we would like you to be a part of one of our trash collection service packages, one is NOT a requirement to purchase our recycling package.

$15/month Carryout Service Add-on
$15/Month Carryout package is in addition to one of our regular trash and/or recycling collection service packages. This package is designed for the elderly, disabled or for those that just don't feel like being bothered with taking their trash to the road for collection. No worries, with this service, we'll come to a designated spot in your driveway and collect the trash/recycling for you! Eligibility for this package to be determined by onsite visit of premises and trash/recycling will only be picked up from a predetermined location as discussed with customer prior to start of service.

Large Item Pick-up
This is an add-on service in addition to one of our standard service packages and are quoted on a per item basis. Large items MUST be called in and quoted prior to your regularly scheduled trash collection day so we can account for the space on our driver's truck to accommodate the item(s). If we deem item to be too large to be picked up along with your regular trash, we WILL make a return trip to get your item. As a courtesy, the charges for your large item will be added on to your next quarterly billing as opposed to billing you at the time of pick-up.
